📃 Terms & Conditions – SS Fabrications

By placing an order with SS Fabrications, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. 🛠️ Services & Process

  • All fabrication work, including railings, gates, furniture, and custom stainless steel products, is executed based on approved measurements and designs.
  • We offer free site visits within Chennai city limits for measurement and consultation before project confirmation.
  • Design finalization must be approved in writing (email/WhatsApp) before production begins.
  • Any additional work or change in design after confirmation will be charged separately.

2. 💵 Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in INR and are exclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
  • 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
  • The balance 50% must be paid on delivery or completion of installation.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash. GST invoice will be provided on request.
  • Delays in balance payment may result in hold or cancellation of delivery.

3. 📦 Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery and installation timeline is typically 3–10 working days, depending on the scope of the project.
  • Any delay caused by weather, access issues, or customer-side pending decisions will not be held against SS Fabrications.
  • For locations outside Chennai city limits, additional transport charges may apply.

4. 🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund of the advance (if no work has begun).
  • If raw materials have been procured or fabrication has started, advance payments are non-refundable.
  • Custom orders are non-cancellable once production begins.

5. 🛡️ Product Warranty

  • SS Fabrications uses 304 or 316-grade stainless steel as per project requirements.
  • We provide a 1-year service warranty against manufacturing or welding defects.
  • This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, harsh chemicals, or structural modifications.

6. ♻️ Sell Your Steel (Buyback Program)

  • Items submitted through our Sell Your Steel program must be physically inspected before final valuation.
  • Payment for accepted materials will be made upon pickup or delivery, based on quantity, condition, and quality.
  • We reserve the right to refuse materials that are severely damaged, corroded, or not made of stainless steel.

7. 📸 Images & Portfolio Usage

  • We may capture photos of completed projects for our website, social media, and marketing purposes.
  • If you prefer not to allow this, please inform us during project confirmation.

8. 🧾 Tax & Invoicing

  • GST will be applied as per applicable government rates.
  • Proper tax invoices and receipts will be provided for all eligible transactions.

9. ⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes, if any, shall be subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
